The purpose of this form is to identify:
 a). all the different functions of a business process
 b). all possible test cases for each one of those functions.
 c). test script details – including expected results & actual results

   AND INCLUDE A LIST OF ALL POSSIBLE CRITERIA FOR EACH ONE:

4. CREATE A DECISION TABLE FOR EACH SUB-PROCESS IDENTIFIED IN 2 ABOVE.
   ALLOW ONE COLUMN FOR EACH SUB-PROCESS VARIATION IDENTIFIED IN 3 ABOVE.
   Review the possible values for the sub-process variations and eliminate duplicates – ie: those
   that follow the same logical path.
   For example: A Full TA award represents a pre-determined amount of money. The difference between
   a Full TA over 3 years and one over 5 years is the difference between 3 * TA amount and 5 * TA amount.
   All else being equal, only one of these test cases is required.
