Ingredients

Khajur
(dates - seedless) 100 gm
Rava 250 gm
Sugar 400 gm
Ghee 200 gm (1 cup)
Elaichi powder 1 tbsp
Honey 2 tbsp
Kaju and Kismis 2 tbsp (each)
Method

• Grind dates with a little milk.
• Fry rava with little ghee (keep flame in sim mode) till it turns pinkish.
• Heat a non-stick kadhai. Boil two cups of water and add rava in it. Cook for five
minutes.
• Add ground dates with sugar and stir well.
• Pour melted ghee slowly.
• When mixture becomes thick, remove from gas and add fried dry fruits, elaichi powder,
honey. Mix well.
• Pour it on a big plate (apply little ghee before-hand).
• After it cools down, cut it into diamond shape and serve.Ingredients
