Anand Parsan, Director, PricewaterhouseCooper’s Saratoga Practice

Anand, a Director in PricewaterhouseCooper’s Saratoga™ practice in Toronto, has practiced as a
Human Resource professional both locally and internationally. He brings a combination of
strategic and technical skills to the firm, based on his many years of consulting and industry
experience.

His expertise covers all areas of executive and employee compensation, particularly in the areas
of developing total rewards strategy, linking financial and operating metrics to incentives,
designing effective and competitive executive and broad-based incentive compensation
programs, conducting salary management reviews, producing customized reward surveys and
providing organizational/workforce analyses.

He gained extensive compensation experience at various large Canadian financial institutions
including BMO Financial Group, RBC Financial Group, CIBC World Markets and TD Securities.
He also worked with Hay Management Consultants working in their Executive Compensation
practice.


Philip Hunter, PhD, Manager, PricewaterhouseCoopers Saratoga Practice

Philip is a Manager at the PricewaterhouseCoopers Saratoga™ practice in Toronto, working with
the Saratoga team to help clients leverage human capital measurement tools to make superior,
evidence-based decisions.

Prior to joining PricewaterhouseCoopers, Philip consulted at senior management levels in the
financial services, pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries on a wide range of organization
design and talent management issues in Canada and the U.S. Specific areas of interest and
expertise include all building organizational designs that maximize their human capital, and
empowering HR leaders and functions with the tools they need to create high performing
workplaces people want to be a part of.
