of travel packages for socially responsible families and the eco-consciously inclined.

Eco is the New Chic at The Fairmont San Francisco where guests can experience
the hotel’s signature Lexus Hybrid Living Suite, a unique eco-luxurious accommodation
and have the use of a Lexus Hybrid luxury sedan during their stay. With room features
including organic materials, recycled furniture, and an abundance of natural light,
designers from Lexus Hybrid Living have lent their expertise to join Fairmont in
demonstrating that luxury and comfort can co-exist with style and a conscience.
Package includes nightly accommodation, one bottle of local organic wine upon arrival,
access to a signature "Green Guide to San Francisco" and complimentary parking.

At The Fairmont Newport Beach, guests can encounter The Real Wildlife of Orange
County. After a restful night in a Fairmont room, adventurous guests will take a half day
OC Wildlife & Beach Tour exploring the hidden treasures and natural beauty of Orange
County’s “Gold Coast.” Led by a local naturalist, guests discover tide pool wildlife or
identify migrating birds on the Pacific Flyway. Guests also learn simple environmental
and conservation tips that can make a lasting difference in preserving our oceans and
wildlife. Ten percent of the proceeds of this package will be donated to the California
Coastal Commission. Available Fridays to Sundays until 31st December, 2009, rates

Going Green to See Chicago at The Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park includes
two nights accommodation, two adult 2-day Go Chicago Cards (includes admission to
over 25 of Chicago's best attractions, museums, activities and tours) and two 2-day
Visitor Passes valid for unlimited rides on all Chicago Transit Authority city buses and
trains. For each package booked, USD10 will be donated to Chicago Gateway Green,

There is no debate when it comes to the Nurture Nature package at The Fairmont
Dallas. Guests will be treated to a gourmet picnic for two among the gorgeous gardens

Twilight Tour in Central Park at The Plaza hotel brings Sarah Cedar Miller, Central
Park Conservancy's historian and photographer to lead guests on a private tour of the
park, discussing the original conception and construction of the park as well as current
sustainability and conservation efforts. Sarah will provide “insider” guidance on some of
the park’s most remarkable features and photogenic sites. The tour ends at Hernshead,
a miniature woodland landscape overlooking the lake that offers some of the most

The Fairmont Washington DC, brings luxury and legacy together in the Eco Power
Package. Guests stay in the hotel’s Lexus Hybrid Living Suite, equipped with a bottle of
organic wine and local artisanal cheese. During their stay guests have the use of a
Lexus LS 600h L hybrid luxury vehicle with complimentary parking. Guests will sleep
easy knowing that Fairmont will donate a USD100 to the National Geographic Society on

At The Fairmont Turnberry Isle Resorts & Club in Miami, guests will unleash their wild
sides with the resort’s new NaviGATOR package. This fun educational experience

resort’s Lexus hybrid sedan to and from the Everglades, a naturalist to help navigate

FortWhyte Alive at The Fairmont Winnipeg gives guests a chance to get back to the
land with a one-day Family Pass to FortWhyte Alive, a 70-acre Bison Prairie and park

Interpretive Centre features exhibits such as the Touch Museum and Aquarium of the

Fairmont Chateau Laurier encourages guests to get their bike on with Urban Cycling.
Ottawa is one of Canada's greenest cities and there is no better way to take in the sights
and sounds than by cycling along over 170 km of recreational paths that exist throughout
Canada’s National Capital Region. Take a tour along the famous Rideau Canal, and
then make your way through Little Italy to find your way back to the hotel along the
pathway behind the Parliament Buildings. In the summer months, guests can also enjoy

Buckminster Fuller's architectural masterpiece created for Expo 67 is home to
Environment Canada's Biosphère, a museum dedicated to education on the major

responsible consumption. The Get in Green Gear exhibition features a 3-D game about
sustainable transportation that encourages players to use their knowledge and
imagination to reduce their ecological footprint from personal transportation. Fairmont
