Clinical Site Director: Position is responsible for the clinical services and programming within scope of responsibility and area that
DAYMARK Recovery Services oversees. Position reports directly to the Residential Services Director; position is responsible for all
local clinical operations and compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, regulations and laws. Ensures strict compliance with
all professional standards, Medicaid and Medicare regulations, agency policies and procedures; Participates in the selection and hiring
of therapists and other personnel actions as needed; provides clinical direction and supervision to all members of treatment teams;
provides in-service training as appropriate, deliver clinical education programs, provide best practices training to staff, also participates
in agency-wide training programs/in-services; explores and develops new services and revenue streams; participates as a member of
agency and community committees, councils and attends various meetings; serves a liaison between the Residential Services Director,
and the local county service center; implements programs, evaluates programs and provides feedback on programs. Provides on-site
supervision to all Mental Health and Substance Services Staff. Minimum of a Masters Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling
or related field from an accredited college or university. Prefer experience with adolescents, and three (3) to five (5) years of clinical
practice experience. Must be licensed or certified in Area of Practice (i.e. Social Work, Counseling, Psychologist, Professional Counselor,
Substance Abuse Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapy, etc). Work Schedule: Varied work hours Monday – Friday.

Human Service Clinicians: Provides clinical psychosocial assessment, substance abuse, and mental health treatment services to
consumers with substance abuse, mental health, and co-occurring disorders/problems. Face-to-face clinical assessments are
scheduled within 24 hours of admission to the facility and provided using necessary clinical skills while meting all regulatory
requirements to ensure reimbursement for services. Provides group therapy three times daily and individual therapy/counseling as
needed for clients within the facility. One-on-one daily evaluation with those clients expressing suicidal or homicidal ideations. Service
delivery may also involve consultation with various community stakeholder agency staff, law enforcement, family members or support
network as deemed necessary or clinically appropriate. Provides indirect services with a variety of stakeholders from whom services
are received or needed by consumers to ensure appropriate coordination for transition of services to or from another provider or
agency. LCSW and LCAS staff is expected to complete first evaluation training and provide first evaluations in the community.
Psychologist staff is expected to provide first evaluations in the community. Prefer Doctorate or Masters Degree in Psychology, Social

Work, Counseling or relative field from an accredited college or university. Work Schedule: Hours vary between 1 , 2 , 3 shifts;
some weekend rotation.

Psychiatric Nurse: Provides medication evaluation, medication checks, calls in prescriptions, may provide individual or group
therapy and subsequent paperwork. Participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning. Provides crisis intervention consultation to all
members of the team. Strong psychosocial, clinical assessment skills. Minimal supervision regarding use of time, able to prioritize work
assignments. Completes paperwork in a timely fashion. Ability to communicate effectively with professionals and client/families. Ability
to make sound decisions in emergency situations. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing as an LPN or RN and one (1) year
of experience in psychiatric nursing; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Work Schedule: hours will vary between

1 , 2 , 3 shifts; some weekend rotation.

Medical Records Team Leader: Ensures strict compliance with all professional standards, Medicaid and Medicare regulations, and
agency policies and procedures, HIPAA Compliance; audits charts of discharged clients; ensures clients are open the BUI system;
checks each client’s eligibility for Medicaid; prepares a daily medication list for nurses; maintains petty cash disbursement and submits
for repayment; handles all releases of information for the center. High School Diploma; good computer knowledge and skills;

knowledge; some familiarity with chart auditing; knowledge of BUI system. Work Schedule: 1 shift, 2 shift, 3 shift, and
weekends.

Aftercare Coordinator: Ensures strict compliance with all professional standards, Medicaid and Medicare regulations, and agency
policies and procedures, HIPAA Compliance; keys in BUI the intake/financial information; attends intake meetings; assists
clients/clinicians with aftercare placement upon discharge from the Center; keys daily SAL into system; Work can repetitive and
stressful at times; Good customer service skills via telephone and face-to-face. Work Schedule: 1st shift .

Crisis Workers: Responsible for providing support and care to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of consumers through
providing direct and indirect care. Provide transportation of clients to and from the Center. Good customer service skills. Work can
repetitive and stressful at times. Position performs all other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Must have a High School Diploma

or GED. Work Schedule: 1 , 2 , 3 shifts, and weekends.

Front Desk Assistants: Ensures strict compliance with all professional standards, Medicaid and Medicare regulations,
and agency policies and procedures, HIPAA Compliance; keys in important consumer data to the Call Log and Excel
spreadsheet; answers telephone calls, enters data into the computer system, dispatches the appropriate staff, and is
courteous to the public at all times. Work can repetitive and stressful at time; customer service skills via telephone or face-
to-face. Must have high school diploma; good computer knowledge, and knowledge of Excel.

Valid (NC) Drivers License and good driving record will be required. Criminal and driving record checked.
