with the energy that will be required for the work in the morning, and even
during the day. It will help you concentrate and improve your working
efficiency if you attach enough importance to the first meal of the day.

The second thing that a serious healthy eater does is to involve various
types of foods into his or her daily diets. One or two single foods can
never provide our body and mind with diversified nutrition required. Don't
put limits on the variety of foods that you eat at each meal and during the
day. Only in this way can you get balanced nutrition. If you are cooking
