am permanently disabled by HIV/AIDS disease.
I am unable to pay the debt because of circumstances beyond my personal control. I
am unable to work and I am suffering financial hardship and a life threatening termi-
nal illness. I make my request on compassionate grounds for my debt to be can-
celled.
I also suffer the following symptoms that are related to my HIV/AIDS disease and the
