                    Knowledge Check
1.      A retreat program designed to help people grow toward increased functional ability and
        spiritual maturity.

 Guidelines to ensure consistency:

 • Conducted regularly on all installations.

 • Classroom environment

 • MARFORRES, MCRC and remote locations

• Face-to face training is the preferred method.

• Online training closely mirrors the content of face-
  to-face training.

• When online training is necessary, remember to
  provide local resource information and CO’s
  guidance.
