A lecturer in Further Education from 1994-97, Catherine is also a NVQ Assessor for several levels of Administration and Management Qualifications. Her varied training experience ranges from Team Leader Development for professionals, through graduate development programmes for Quantity Surveyors, and Continuous Improvement programmes for the retail and financial sectors.
