Catherine Bowie is a Trainer/Facilitator with 25 years of practical experience in
the service industry. She specialises in Customer Service, Complaints Handling,
Personal Effectiveness and Disability Awareness (licensed to deliver the Disability
Rights Commission Best Practice Resource Pack.)
A lecturer in Further Education from 1994-97, Catherine is also a NVQ Assessor
for several levels of Administration and Management Qualifications. Her varied
training experience ranges from Team Leader Development for professionals,
through graduate development programmes for Quantity Surveyors, and
Continuous Improvement programmes for the retail and financial sectors.
Recently awarded an MSc in Training, Catherine speaks fluent French and has
extensive experience of working with non-native English speakers. She is a
