SALLY Sally has a broad knowledge of broadcasting and the communications industry having spent most
DOGANIS of her career in TV. She was an executive at the BBC and was headhunted to join the ITV
company Carltontv where she became the Controller of Factual TV. There she helped turn round
the company’s fortunes bringing them new markets and a high, award winning profile. As a result
she was made a fellow of the prestigious Royal Television Society for ‘outstanding work in the
industry’. She was appointed by the DIUS to the Arts and Humanities Research Council, where she
chairs the Risk committee and is on the Task Force committee. She spent 8 years as a Mental
Health Manager in her local Hospital Trust, is on the events committee of the RTS, and the council
of Friends of Iveagh Bequest, and works independently as an executive producer.

RALPH Ralph has held a number of Executive and Non Executive positions for many high profile

1988 through to present day.
BRIAN A retired bank treasurer who is now a director of the UK Debt Management Office and a member of
LARKMAN the Exchequer Funds Audit Committee, HM Treasury. He is also a consultant to the London and
Manchester Large Business Offices, HMRC, and was until recently a member of the Regulatory
Decisions Committee of the Financial Services Authority. Formerly Global Head of Money Markets
in the NatWest Group (and then the Royal Bank of Scotland Group), he was Chairman of the BBA
Sterling Markets Advisory Panel and participated in a number of banking industry committees and
working groups under the auspices of the Bank of England, APACS and Crestco. A school
governor for over 25 years, he is currently a governor of the Portsmouth Grammar School and
Chairman of its Development Board, and Chair of Governors at the Priory Primary School,
JIM Appointed Chief Operating Officer for Logica in January 2005 and is a member of the PLC Board.
MCKENNA Prior to this appointment, he was Chief Executive for the UK and Ireland. He has also been
Chair responsible for Logica in continental Europe and the Middle East. He formerly worked for GEC-
Marconi and also Plessey Company plc. He is Chairman of Azzurri Communications, Chairman of
