Bonus Points Scheme
In addition to our comprehensive financial services, we offer superior rewards to our valued Wealth
Management Prime customers.
1. Wealth Management Prime Bonus Points
You will automatically be eligible to join our Bonus Points Scheme and earn Wealth
anagement prime Bonus Points by conducting specified investment transactions.
Specified investment transactions include securities or funds trading, as well as Equity
Linked Deposit or Premium Deposit Series.
For transactions of every HK$1,000 or equivalent in foreign currency, you will earn the
following Bonus Points:
Funds Subscription: 30 Points
Securities Trading: 3 Points
Equity Linked Deposit: 1 Point
Premium Deposit Series: 1 Point

1. To enjoy extra discounts on subscription for open-end funds, the maximum subscription amount must not
exceed US$1,000,000 or equivalent in a foreign currency. This special offer applies to Class A open-end
funds (except money market funds and bond funds).
2. The premium discount is applicable to one insurance policy only and can be used in conjunction with other
special insurance offers. Premium discounts cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Note: Bonus points are valid for 24 months (effective from the account-opening day). Any unused bonus points will be
cancelled after the expiry date.
3. Bonus Points Transfer Program
You can choose to convert one Wealth Management Prime Bonus Point to three BOC Credit Card Gift Points
and receive your favourite gifts under the “BOC Credit Card Gift Point Program” sooner than ever.
Note: The “BOC Credit Card Gift Point Program” is offered by BOC Credit Card (International) Limited. Account holders are
bound by the BOC Credit Card Gift Redemption/Gift Purchase Terms & Conditions. Please refer to Appendices for details.

Terms and Conditions of Wealth Management Prime Bonus Points Scheme
Terms and conditions of “Redeem with Privilege Banking Services”:
1. Each bonus redemption requires a minimum of 10,000 points, with an increment of 10,000 points for each plan, up to
a maximum of 30,000 points.
2. To enjoy extra discounts on subscription of open-end funds, the maximum subscription amount must not exceed
US$1,000,000 or equivalent foreign currency. The minimum amount for subscription is determined by the relevant
funds companies. This special offer applies to class A open-end funds (except money market funds and bond funds)
and close-end funds only.
3. The discount on premium limited to one signle insurance policy and can be used in conjunction with other special
insurance offers. Premium discounts cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Terms and conditions of “Bonus Points Transfer Program”:
1. Each bonus redemption requires a minimum of 1,000 points.
2. Only designated BOC credit card accounts including BOC Platinum Card, BOC Gold Card, BOC Classic Card, y not
Credit Card, U-point Credit Card, BOC Affinity Cards and in-town Card are eligible for bonus point transfer. Wealth
Management Prime “ Bonus Points Transfer Program” is not applicable to BOC Purchasing Card, BOC Business Card,
BOC Express Cash Card, Great Wall International Card, Great Wall Renminbi Card, BOC US Dollar Card, CLP Staff
Credit Card, BOC Credits Cards issued in Macau, and account holders already participated in Cash Rebate Program.
The status of the designated credit card accounts must be normal. The points transferred by “Bonus Points Transfer
Program” can only be used for the “BOC Credit Card Gift Point Program”. The “BOC Credit Card Gift Point
Program” is offered by BOC Credit Card (International) Limited. Account holders should be bounded by the BOC
Credit Card Gift Redemption/Gift Purchase Terms & Conditions. BOC Credit Card (International) Limited reserves
the rights to change all the relevant terms and conditions without prior notice at any time. All disputes will be
subject to the final decision of BOC Credit Card (International) Limited.
3. BOC Credit Card (International) Limited reserves the right to reject redemption and cancel Gift Points if the account
holder breaches the Cardmember Agreement or the credit card is already cancelled or overdue or negative record.
Fraud and abuse relating to the earning of Gift Points or redemption orders may result in the forfeiture of accrued Gift
Points as well as the cancellation of an account holder’s BOC Credit Card.
4. Wealth Management Prime customers can only transfer bonus points from their Wealth Management Prime accounts
to their BOC credit card accounts under the same name. The process of transferring and updating Gift Points require
about 5 working days.
5. Wealth Management Prime joint-name account holders may choose to transfer the bonus points to a BOC Credit Card
account under the same name of any one of the joint-account holders.
6. The expiry date of the bonus points transferred is identical to the “BOC Credit Card Gift Point expiry date” shown on
BOC Credit Card statements.
7. Nanyang Commercial Bank Limited reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions of the Wealth Management
Prime “Bonus Points Transfer Program” at its discretion without prior notice.
8. In case of any discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions of the terms and conditions, the Chinese
version shall prevail.
General Terms and Conditions of Wealth Management Prime “Bonus Points Scheme”
1.The Bonus Points Scheme is valid for 24 months (effective from the account-opening date). All unused bonus points
will be forfeited after the expiry date.
2. In order to redeem the bonus points, customers may either complete the “Wealth Management Prime Bonus Points
Redemption Form” at any of our branches or during the Bank’s business hours register through “ Wealth Management
Prime 24-hour Manned Phone Banking Service” and choose the method of redemption.
3. Bonus points will be deducted when customers exercise the right to redeem during the validity.
4. If customers close their Wealth Management prime accounts, all the bonus points will be forfeited on the next business
day. Customers are advised to redeem all bonus points before the account closure.
5. Bonus points will be awarded according to the conversion rates of different types of transaction and rounded up to the
nearest points.
6. Monthly Funds Savings Plan and Monthly Stocks Savings Plan are not applicable to the Bonus Points Scheme.
7. Nanyang Commercial Bank Limited reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions of the above offers at its
discretion without prior notice.
8. In case of any dispute, the decision of Nanyang Commercial Bank Limited shall be final.
