The CV's should be tailored to the requirements of the job and clearly
indicate all experience which matches the specified needs....they should
also ideally be not more that 3 pages.

As well as the CV, I need the daily rate required by the individual, the
nationality and location of the individual ; an indication that the
candidate is aware that this Job is for the DWP, knows the location and is
willing to have his CV put forward. Also please be aware that a short
listed candidate will be required to be interviewed at the work site.....

Candidates MUST have worked in a very large system environment previously.

A central government client requires an Ideas Portal Project Manager for a
3 month contract. The location is flexible but weekly travel to London is
required. The successful candidate will be responsible for IT project
management and managing the ideas portal and reporting to stakeholders
from both industry and government; user and stakeholder analysis;
requirements gathering and monitoring; financial planning and control;
identifying the Cost Benefit Analyst and Return on investment that can be
expected from any full service; managing the budgets and keeping to
tolerances for the development of the ideas portal going forward; service
development and planning; producing project documentation to support work
with a 3rd party supplier and communications to stakeholders; evaluation
and procurement of 3rd party solutions and services where appropriate and
where within project tolerances; change management and control of change
process to maintain a quality service; risk management. Candidates must be
a specialist in digital media solutions and have excellent references. The
following skills and experience is required: excellent understanding of
the social internet, forums, and internet technologies; Experience of
Information architecture techniques and information design; the ability to
interpret site statistics and server logs to produce executive reports for
presentation and discussion; experience of user centred design
methodologies; understanding of web site usability and accessibility
techniques; extensive experience of using social internet tools; knowledge
of social (web 2.0) trends and methods for encouraging user participation;
good understanding of legislation pertinent to the provision of online
services including but not exclusively the FOI, security of personal data
and the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); formal IT project
