Launching in March 2009 this exclusive ‘Marilyn Monroe Screen Siren break’ coincides with the opening
of the brand new Marilyn Monroe exhibition at the Jersey Museum. This is the perfect package for Marilyn
fans and fashionistas looking for a glamorous short haul getaway, or for families and couples seeking a
seaside break with a unique ‘once in a lifetime’ twist.

The exhibition at the Jersey Museum will showcase the world’s biggest collection of genuine Marilyn
Monroe artifacts and costumes, (both stage and personal); many of which are on show for the first time.
Running from the 25 March 2009, the collection includes iconic costumes with accessories, jewellery,
keepsakes and trinkets owned by Marilyn; offering a new and intimate look into the life of the movie-star.

Highlights of the exhibition include costumes from some of Marilyn’s’ most famous movies, such as the
iconic red sequined gown from Gentlemen Prefer Blondes (1953), the ‘wiggle dress’ from Niagara and the
elaborate stage costume worn by Marilyn in There's No Business Like Showbusiness (1954).

The Screen Siren package certainly includes superstar treatment; you will receive a luxury transfer to the
Grand Jersey from Jersey International Airport, on arrival at the hotel you will enjoy a specially created
Marilyn Monroe cocktail in the sumptuous Champagne Lounge, before being whisked up to your Grand
deluxe bedroom. You will receive a ticket to the new Marilyn Monroe Exhibition at Jersey Museum, plus
an invitation to a screening of a Marilyn classic in the hotel’s 36-seater private cinema. Guests will then
indulge in a half-hour Elemis or GHD spa treatment at the hotel’s award winning spa, plus use of the
hotel’s spa facilities. With its hot lipstick pinks, abundance of tactile fabrics, smoky glass screens,
specially commissioned black and white photos and curvy, Chanel-esque chaise longues and statement
making spot-lit swimming pool, there is certainly an indulgent nod to 1940’s Hollywood glamour in The
Grand Spa, making it the perfect place to relax and certainly the place to worship the Blonde Bombshell
herself! The hotel also offers a GHD Butler Service to your room to complete your look.

Preened and pampered you will then be treated to a personal shopping consultation in the hotel’s
critically acclaimed Champagne Lounge from an exclusive local designer Boutique. We invite you to sink
into one of the hot pink velvet sofas as classic black and white movies are projected onto the feature bar
behind, before being taken via a luxury car to a boutique or your choice. In the evening savour a two-
course dinner in our elegant Victoria's Brasserie and the next morning a traditional English breakfast. The
package includes return flights from Gatwick and prices start from £211 per person.
