Thank you for your interest in the Feast! We hope to see you October 10th and 11th. Please be sure to fill out each applicable section
completely. This application may be photocopied and must be postmarked by the appropriate deadline. Late applications are subject
to space availability and a 10% late fee.

   Section 2: Type of Application
First time sutlers, craftspeople, and other living history interpreters must send color photos of clothing, merchandise, and shelter, as
well as primary source documentation on the appropriateness of any atypical items with this application. Failure to provide this
information could result in denial of application.

Traditional craftspersons who do not sell or sell less than $300 may request a single booth, table, and chairs at no charge.

   Section 4: Modern Camping
Camping is restricted to a designated camping area adjacent to the festival grounds. The camping area has pit toilets, but no electrical
or water hookups. Quiet hours are to be observed from midnight to 7:00 am; all generators must be turned off during quiet
hours. Camping sites are 15’ x 30’, and the cost is $20 per site for the weekend. Sites are assigned. If you wish to camp with a specific
group, please specify below. Camping is for participants only; no public camping is available. For safety reasons, we can NOT
allow camping in parking areas or the surrounding woods.

   Section 5: Participant List
Every costumed participant must have a Feast button. TCHA will waive the button fee for all performers, interpretive personnel,
voyageurs, TCHA booth workers and Feast volunteers. There is no charge for the first two buttons for each sutler or crafts booth.
Cost is $1 for each additional button. The button permits entry and 24-hour access to the festival grounds. Please complete the
chart below. For non-costumed participants or family members a weekend pass is available for $10 allowing admission for both days.
These must be reserved in advance.

Deadline for Sales, Program, and Performer applications is June 15th.
Deadline for any application with modern camping is June 15th
Deadline for Voyageurs and Feast workers without modern camping is August 1st.

No application will be processed without the participant’s signature

     I have read the sections governing my areas of participation and agree to abide by the policies as stated. I agree that the
Tippecanoe County Historical Association (TCHA) and the Feast of the Hunters’ Moon Committee are not liable for loss, damage, or
injury to my property or me during the course of the Feast of the Hunters’ Moon. I will hold harmless TCHA and the Feast Committee
for all losses resulting from my acts or omissions or those of my minor children.

    I understand that I will not be permitted to use the phrases “Fort Ouiatenon” or “Feast of the Hunters’ Moon,” or illustrations of
the Ouiatenon Blockhouse or any Feast of the Hunters’ Moon logos on any items to be sold. I understand that I may be
photographed and/or interviewed for media coverage and advertising or photographed by visitors for private use and give my
permission for its use in TCHA promotion and literature. I agree that I am liable for my own Indiana Retail Sales Tax as well as any
other related taxes, if applicable.
