This Menu was especially created in the spirit of discovery of international cuisine. I am pleased to suggest the following wines from our delicious array of Rouge desserts… Chocolate loves Porto and vice versa… Sweet wines as Sauternes and “Gewurztraminer Vendanges Tardives” match well with almonds, pears, vanilla, citrus fruits, honey and of course maple syrup… If you prefer red wine, choose a tannic one, not too young because smoothness and delicate flavours have replaced the acidity over the years. However you can go with a young Pinot Noir, a Zinfandel or a Merlot and discover aromas of candied red fruits… And let’s not forget that Champagne fits especially well with all crèmes with eggs, caramel, Crèmes Anglaises, Crèmes Brulées, and with almost all desserts… Discover Rouge’s fine wines available by the glass or the bottle.
