Job Title:                         Training Recruitment Co-ordinator
Location:                          Sunderland / Middlesbrough
Responsible to:                    Training Recruitment Consultant


Purpose of Job
1. To provide administrative assistance to the team ensuring accurate and timely records are
   maintained on Apprentice Vacancy On Line; MAYTAS and CRM reporting systems

2. Support the Training Recruitment Consultant and Training Recruitment Adviser with the
   recruitment process


Key Tasks
       Maintain update the learner and employer recruitment cycle
                 -   Upload paper based learner applications onto Maytas
                 -   Book and organise training rooms / resources for recruitment days
                 -   Forward all learners that have secured a job to the appropriate sector
                 -   Assist the Training Recruitment Adviser in sourcing suitable learners and
                     maintaining regular contact
                 -   Promote learner prospectus with key stakeholders
                 -   Maintain and develop NECC learner website and online recruitment tools
                     (Facebook; Twitter MySpace etc)
                 -   Ensure all correspondence (letters, mail etc) is dealt with in agreed timescales
                 -   Ensure all documentation is processed accurately and timely
                 -   Ensure all information received is entered on Apprentice Vacancy On Line System
                     CRM ; Maytas
       Maintain an effective filing system
       Organise and attend learner events, as and when necessary

       General office duties, including faxing, photocopying, making up recruitment packs, as
        required

       Manage own time effectively in order to complete workload and ensure deadlines are met

       Create, maintain and promote good working relationships

       Adhere to Equality and Diversity, Health and Safety and Safeguarding policies when
        managing vacancies

       Manage all speculative calls, aftercare and service calls

       Any other reasonable duties as defined by management

Key Requirements
Qualifications /Experience
        A good standard of general education e.g. 5 GCSE (or equivalent) including English & Maths
        NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in Administration / IT / Customer Service (desirable)
        Strong administration background


Skills
        Well developed IT skills with experience of computerised data systems
        Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload
        Well developed interpersonal and communication skills
        Create, maintain and promote good working relationships
        Able to achieve deadlines and targets
        Strong customer service focus
        Attention to detail
        High level of self motivation and ability to work on own initiative


Other
   Ability to work flexible hours and locations
