COUNCIL PRESENT: Koppert, Watters, Adams. Mayor Mitchell presided.
COUNCIL ABSENT: Jensen and Christensen.
OTHERS PRESENT: Richard Heinrichs
PROPOSED 2010-2011 BUDGET: Walker reviewed the 2010-2011 Budget with the
Council. Walker stated the tax levy is the same as last year $5.50 per $1,000 valuation on
regular property. It is a balanced budget and will need to be amended due to the debt
service reporting on the state forms. Discussion only.
WELLMARK BLUE CROSS & BLUE SHIELD: The Council reviewed the different
options for the employee’s health plan with Wellmark Blue Cross & Blue Shield.
Discussion only, Heinrichs will share the information with the bargaining unit.
Motion to adjourn. Watters/Koppert. Ayes; three. Nays; none. Jensen and Christensen
absent. Mayor Mitchell declared the meeting adjourned at 2:47 P.M.
