COUNCIL PRESENT: Koppert, Watters, Adams. Mayor Mitchell presided.
COUNCIL ABSENT: Jensen and Christensen.
OTHERS PRESENT: None.
WELLMARK BLUE CROSS & BLUE SHIELD: The Council reviewed different
options for employee’s health insurance. Tabled discussion until a later date, giving each
Council member time to review the different options and also share the information with
the bargaining unit.
Motion to adjourn. Adams/Watters. Ayes; three. Nays; none. Jensen and Christensen
absent. Mayor Mitchell declared the meeting adjourned at 3:30 P.M.
