An additional plan showing the rear elevation of the proposed development has also been attached to the rear of this update report, which was missing from the previous report. No amended plans has yet been received, discussions regarding the parking arrangements for the development are still on-going and will hopefully be resolved subject to an acceptable transport statement being received. The recommendation and material planning considerations therefore remain as per the original report to members of the planning committee.
