                                The hospitality industry is competitive, fast growing and international. It is
                                wide ranging, covering everything from deluxe hotels, restaurants, designer
                                bars, catering contractors, specialist catering for sporting and other events,
                                to budget hotel, public houses and nightclubs.

                                The course includes study of business and management, food and drink
                                management, facilities management and catering technology. It provides
                                the knowledge and skills necessary for a career in any field of the hospitality

                  Entry Requirements
                  The minimum entry requirements are Higher Diploma or advanced diploma
                  in Hospitality Management / Hotel and Catering discipline or its equivalent.
                  Proficiency in English language IELTS 6 or equivalent.

                  The course is recognised by the Hotel and Catering International
                  Management Association.
