It is wide ranging, covering everything from deluxe hotels, restaurants, designer bars, catering contractors, specialist catering for sporting and other events, to budget hotel, public houses and nightclubs. The course includes study of business and management, food and drink management, facilities management and catering technology. It provides the knowledge and skills necessary for a career in any field of the hospitality industry. Programme Structure The course consists of five modules that are studied over one year in two semesters.
