CITIBANK “Online Double Rewards Campaign” Online Contest

									CITIBANK ONLINE BILL PAYMENT 2x CITI REWARDS POINTS CAMPAIGN.

Terms and Conditions (“these Terms and Conditions”)

1.      Campaign Period

Citibank Berhad (Company No.: 297089-M) (“Citibank”) Online Bill Payment 2x Citi Rewards Points
Campaign (“the Campaign”) will run from the period starting 22 Oct 2009 until 31 December 2009 (both
dates inclusive) (“the Campaign Period”).

2.      Eligibility

Subject to clause 3 hereunder, this Campaign is only open to selected Citibank Credit cardmembers -
Platinum, Gold, Classic, Choice, Clear, AirAsia, Celcom and CitiBusiness (personal underwriting),
including supplementary cardholders who:-

(i)     pay 3 bills or more via Citibank Online Bill Payment (open to existing and new users) during the
        Campaign Period with a minimum cumulative amount of RM200 per campaign month (1st
        campaign month = 22 October 2009 to 21 November 2009; 2nd campaign month = 22 November
        2009 to 31 December 2009); and

(ii)    have enrolled via SMS to participate in this campaign;

        with such users collectively referred to as “the Participant(s)”.

3.      Persons not eligible to receive 2x Citi Reward Points

Cash Back, Giant and Shell cardmembers shall not be eligible to receive the 2x Citi Reward Points.

4.      2x Citi Rewards Points Campaign

(i)     Citibank will be rewarding 2x Citi Reward points to Participants who pay 3 bills or more via
        Citibank Online Bill Payment with a minimum cumulative amount of RM200 per campaign month.
        Note: 1st campaign month = 22 October 2009 to 21 November 2009; 2nd campaign month = 22
        November 2009 to 31 December 2009;

(ii)    In the event that the rewards points are awarded to a person who:-

            is not eligible to be a Participant in the Campaign; or

            has committed or is suspected of committing any fraudulent or wrongful acts in relation to
            their use of Online Bill Payment and/or any transactions made in relation thereto; and/or,

            has insufficient funds in their Citibank account to effect any bill payments or other
            transactions made via Online Bill Payment,

        Citibank reserves the right to at their absolute discretion disqualify such person(s) from
        participating in the Campaign and/or from receiving the additional Rewards points. All Citi Reward
        points are rewarded on customer level and Participants are entitled to a maximum capped limit of
        an additional 1,000 Citi Rewards points per campaign month during the entire Campaign.

 (v)       Participant’s Citibank credit card account must be in good standing throughout the Campaign
           Period in order to be entitled to participate in this Campaign. A Participant who closes his
           account(s) before 31 January 2010 shall not be entitled to any additional Citi Reward points , if at
           all, during the Campaign Period. In the event that such a Participant has received the additional
           Citi Rewards points, he shall be liable to refund the cost of the additional Citi Rewards points (at
           RM1 per Citi Rewards points) to Citibank and/or be disqualified by Citibank from participating in
           this Campaign and from receiving or using the additional Citi Rewards points rewarded in
           conjunction to this campaign.

 6. Fulfillment

 Participants who are entitled for the 2x Citi Reward points will be fulfilled 10 to 12 weeks after the
 Campaign Period. Citi Reward points will be credited into customer’s credit card.

 7. Disclosure

 By participating in this Campaign, the Participants hereby expressly agree to be bound by these Terms
 and Conditions, the decisions of Citibank and/or the Campaign judges, and the Participants hereby give
 their consent to and authorise Citibank to disclose their particulars to the third party service providers
 engaged by Citibank for the purposes of the Campaign (should there be any). Citibank warrants that the
 disclosure of such particulars to any third party service providers shall be limited to the Participant’s
 name, address and telephone number and shall be used only in relation to and for the purposes of the
 Campaign.

 8. Disclaimer

 To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Citibank or any of its officers, servants, employees,
 representatives and/or agents (including without limitation, any third party service providers that Citibank
 may engage for purposes of the Campaign), be liable for any loss or damages (including without limitation
 loss of income, profits or goodwill, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special
 damages of any party including third parties) howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or
 otherwise, in connection with (i) the Campaign; and/or (ii) any payments effected by the Participants via
 Citibank Online, even if Citibank has been advised of the possibility of such damages in advance, and all
 such damages are expressly excluded. Furthermore, Citibank shall not be liable for any default in respect
 of the Campaign due to any act of God, war, riot, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought,
 storm, pandemic, technical or system failures or any event beyond the reasonable control of Citibank.

 9. Miscellaneous

i.         Citibank reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms
           and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. These Terms and Conditions may be
           modified, added to, deleted or varied by Citibank by way of posting on the said amended Terms
           and Conditions on Citibank’s website, or in any other manner deemed suitable by Citibank. The
           Participants agree to access the Citibank website at regular intervals of time to view these Terms
           and Conditions and to ensure that they are kept up-to-date with any changes or variations to
           these Terms and Conditions. The Participants agree that continued participation in the Campaign
           shall constitute their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (as modified and varied from
           time to time).

     ii.   Citibank’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign shall be final and binding and no
           further correspondence or attempt to dispute such decision would be entertained.

iii.   Citibank reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign with or without any prior
       notice. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by Citibank of the
       Campaign shall not entitle the Participants to any claim or compensation against Citibank for any
       and all loss or damage suffered or incurred by the Participants as a direct or indirect result of the
       act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

iv.    These Terms and Conditions prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any
       brochure or other promotional materials advertising the Campaign.
