the TVTemplate.pot to your PowerPoint Templates folder
Program Files/Microsoft Office/Templates
Applying Template to a New File
Click Click Enter Prior
File / New on TVTemplate.pot in General content in the normal manner
to saving final version REMOVE red safe area marker (see last slide)
Applying Template to an Existing File
existing file On menu go to View / Master select Slide Master On menu go to Format / Apply Design select this file On menu go to View / Slide Be sure File / Page Setup is set to On-screen Show Continue to add content

Removing the Red Safe Area Marker

dotted red rectangle is on the Slide Master to alert you to text that will be cut off when your slide is displayed on TV You need to remove this before making your presentation On menu go to View / Master select Slide Master Click on red rectangle, press delete key On menu go to View / Slide Go to first slide then File / Save
