Software Description
Microsoft PowerPoint
First graders read literature with a story quilt theme, and become familiar with the author/artist Faith Ringgold. They write a story about an event in their lives, and create their own story quilt depicting that event. The squares of their story quilt are photographed and imported into PowerPoint to create an “e-quilt.” The children then record their stories and add them as narration to the e-quilt.
