Mission Statement
The Cumberland Avenue Reconstruction Project’s purpose is to address the deteriorating roadway and infrastructure conditions while anticipating and improving vehicular and multimodal usage and safety along the corridor. The financially optimized project solution should be aesthetically designed to fit the corridor context while promoting and improving sustainability, quality of life, and accessibility.
