Performance Review Template - DOC - DOC
Description
A performance review is an important tool for both the employee and the company. Periodic reviews of an employee’s performance can serve as praise for a job well done, as well as highlight areas that need improvement. It is also a good management tool for the company, as it tracks the efficiency of the employee’s performance which can serve as documentation for giving a raise, for instance. Or on the downside, it serves to document problems that could lead to termination. Should a legal situation ever arise, it is important that the company have scrupulous record of the employee’s performance and history with the company.
