                 11th Grade Conference Guiding Questions

Instructions: During your student led conference you will be discussing how
your progress of the REQUIRED Beyond High School Plan is going. To
prepare for that conversation, you will be writing a 3-paragraph reflection
using the Jane Schaffer writing style.

This form is to help you organize your thoughts and draft your paragraphs.
Remember, CD’s are evidence- specific actions you’ve taken, documents
you have used, how you’ve performed on standardized tests, people or
organizations you’ve contacted, or experiences you’ve had. CMs are what
those items mean for, or to, you, what you think about them, or how you
plan to use them.
