Interesting Fatality Data
• Data analysis showed 30% of fatalities occur among employers with 10 or fewer employees • Majority are falls in roofing and carpentry • Fort Lauderdale and Tampa have the most • Most fatalities occur right after lunch • Victims are most often 30-50 years old • Most are Hispanic • Nearly 70% are in residential construction
