Issue: The Pressure Ulcer #1 PowerForm section will automatically

“Yes”. Responsible nurse must chart at least the Location and
Stage fields on the worst pressure ulcer.

The nurse will be reminded by a task to complete the

initially charted on the pressure ulcer. Nurse can also chart
additional pressure ulcers later, if needed.

Enhancement: To be Removed: The following items under Foley Type -
Urethral Catheter Data DISCONTINUED, Foley changed, Foley inserted.
To be Added: Urethral Catheter – Action parameter with the
following pick list: DISCONTINUED, Present, Arrived with
device, Inserted, Changed, Other.

Documentation Enhancement: A new section, called Prosthetics/Orthotics, will be added to
Patient Discharge the Interdisciplinary Discharge PowerForm which will send
PowerForm, Patient data to new sections in the:
Discharge Instructions, & Patient Discharge Instructions, called Discharge –
Interdisciplinary Discharge Prosthetics/Orthotics
Report Interdisciplinary Discharge Report, called Discharge

Enhancement: The Discharge Summary simple template will be replaced by
Discharge Summary the Smart Template *Discharge Summary so that patient
Template data will automatically be included in the clinical note.

Documentation Enhancement: The Social Work Note PowerNote will include a field that goes
Social Work Note to the Pt Plan Sum tab.
PowerNote
Social Work data will not display on the Patient Plan Summary
until a new Social Work Progress Note is written.
Effective September 24 early afternoon.
Enhancement: The Links and Reports tabs will have the ability to search
Information UpToDate Search Link UpToDate.
Updates
Effective September 29 at 10:00.
Enhancement: In order to increase ORCA performance, flowsheets, such as
Flowsheet Results Limit 72hr Results, will be limited to display a maximum of 5000
items, regardless of the default setting in place.
System
Performance If there are more than 5000 items to display, the More button
will become available to display the additional results.
