Minnesota State Colleges & Universities ITS Portfolio Management Office Project Business Case
The purpose of this document is to develop and communicate a business case for projects which will use information technology. For projects prioritized on a channel’s OneList, full business cases over $100,000 are presented to the EIC, those over $300,000 go through the full Enterprise Investment Management process. Projects under $100,000 are prioritized by the SVC/VCs. Approved projects become part of the Portfolio coordinated by the ITS PMO. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________
