       I am writing to express my interest in the associate designer position in your company. I am a
       young designer with crazy talent, dedication, and a love for video games. As for my design, I will let
       my work speak for itself and as for my personality well I guess you will have to interview me.
       Until then, just know I am extremely easy to get along with, quietly funny and impossible to offend.

       I believe myself to be qualified for this position through my education, past work experience,
       and my laid-back personality. I am highly organized, detail oriented, and adept at meeting tight
       deadlines without sacrificing craft.

       I am a graduate from Purchase College with a B.F.A. in Graphic Design. During my time at
       Purchase I developed an uncanny ability to take criticism positively and never stop improving.
       Currently working as a graphic designer/artist for Whole Foods Market, I am often commented on
       my ability to stay calm and get shit done, even when deadlines are pushed forward or emergency
       projects are thrown in my lap.

       I think this opportunity would be a perfect blend of my talents and hobbies all mixed up in a fun (yet
       productive) work environment. I’m willing to move away from everything I know and love in New
       York for the opportunity to work around creative people with similar interests in a rainy city on the

   The concept of speech bubbles
   was used to put forth the idea of

   the new Purchase College logo.

   Attention to detail is given to every spread with each example created to help the
