Abstract: The font for Abstract heading is Arial Narrow, Bold, Italics. Format
, Paragraph with left and right indent 2.54cm. The font for the text in the
               abstract is Arial 11, Italics.

Introduction: The body text start from here onwards. The text should be formatted single-
spaced and sized for 21x29.69 cm (8.27x11.69 inch) paper (A4 Size). The title should be
centered 1 inch from the top of the first page. The author’s (or authors’) name and complete
organizational affiliation should be two lines below the title. The text should start three lines
below the last name. Left and right margins should be 2.54 cm (1 inches). A 2.54 cm (1
inch) margin should be at the top and bottom of all pages. The text should be typed in a single
column with justification.

DO NOT print page numbers or exceed 4 pages. Mark page numbers on right top of
the paper using a pencil while submitting hard copy.

Paragraphs are to be separated with one blank line. Submission must withstand a
linear reduction to 70% of original size and maintain readability.
The paper may be normally limited to FOUR pages including all text, abstract, references,
figures and photographs. Since there will be a reduction of about 70%, letters, symbols, tables
and diagrams should be sufficiently large and clear. The figures and tables should be of
convenient size and be affixed with captions at the appropriate places of the text. Please
remember that your manuscript and figures will be reproduced as such, in the Proceedings.
