You also enquired as to how many members of staff manage the website, what their
job titles are and job descriptions for these staff. Two members of staff spend part of
their time managing the website alongside other responsibilities. They are the
Business Management and Communication Team Manager and the Team Leader:
Communications Team. I have included the sections of their job descriptions which
relate to the website.

Business Management and Communication Manager

enhancements to HMIE’s web-site to ensure all content is readily accessible

      standards.

Team Leader: Communications Team
Oversee and manage the publication and distribution of reports, publications,

HMIE website, and the accurate uploading of press releases.
 Quality assure the publication and distribution of publications published in
paper form and/or on the HMIE website, and the compilation and
      distribution of supplementary press releases.
 Ensure all ‘badging’ is accurate and regular checks are made to ensure they
       are up-to- date.
 Ensure good practice is quality assured and uploaded within deadlines set.

I hope the information provided is satisfactory. If you are unhappy with this
response to your request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review. Your
