Formalise Development Partnership and
transnational partnership
To conduct research into why women remain
under represented in particular job types
To identify best practice in encouraging
women to apply for positions in non
traditional employment sectors

To pilot a pre-employment empowerment
programme for 40 beneficiaries that
addresses the needs of women entering
non-traditional employment.
To pilot job taster/ work experience for 40
beneficiaries in each of the four main
employers.
To pilot a training programme for staff in
each of the four main employers.
               Action 3

To disseminate the findings of WINS across
local partner areas, nationally and
throughout Europe.
