DESCRIPTION:
 Currently working for an E-Commerce team, set up as the new unit within the International Bank,
functioning as the E-commerce centre of excellence and consulting department. Within the
E-commerce team I am looking after a number of projects, in particular integration of E-technology
with the existing infrastructure, e.g. international roll outs of multichannel and multi back end
solutions, as well as consulting on CRM issues ( business requirements, systems specification etc etc ).
My main area of expertise is integration of Internet tools ( Broadvision & Websphere ) with standard
CRM channels.

I have held a number of different roles:
Joint Venture in France – Set up of new consumer savings and investment bank, Managed two
sub-projects ; CRM and Call Center, as well as due diligence for the same areas, commercial
agreements, vendor selection process, and lead in architecture design ( final solution based on SEMA –
Broadvision and Siebel ). Call Center project included ACDs, CTI ( Genesys ), Centennium.
A major project funded by European commission, focused on portal personalization, especially
integration of data /web mining tools and customer profile information and Broadvision.
Web Management – 10 million Euros annual budget, project manager, rolling out 100 web sites (
brochure and transactional ) internationally, mostly retail banking and Asset Management.

I was involved in the National Fault and Work Management Project. Initially assisted DBAs with data
integrity problems and their correction. While I did not perform the duties of a DBA on the production
system, I did perform development DBA duties.

to Oracle
Spent considerable time improving performance efficiencies of PL/SQL programs, achieving runtime
