Come along and listen to Professor Bill McGuire on 7 May 2009 succinctly
explain the issues and Greg Peachey solutions.

Celebrated multi published author, international speaker, TV/Radio presenter and for 10
years managed the biggest academic hazard research centre in Europe. He consults with
governments and multi-nationals on the expected impact of climate change at the Aon
Benfield UCL Hazard Research Centre in London . Bill also writes for The Guardian,
Sunday Times, Mail on Sunday and New Scientist to name a few as well as having
published many books his most recent being 7 Years To Save The Planet.

Listen to Greg Peachey founder and chair of FREdome Visionary Trust and Founder of C-
Green Solutions – Carbon Cycling Project explain what positive actions are currently
happening in your community (28,000 connected kids on MySpace regularly fund raising
at fun events. Funds raised so far £20,000) and how getting involved on the smallest scale
can assist in all of our futures.

5 years ago Greg committed his life to making a positive difference. Single handed he has
established FREdome Visionary Trust and C-Green Solutions and is currently trying to
save research from the 50’s,60’s,70’s and 80’s that could assist in our future prosperity
and survival.

Hear Cllr Rupert Read; the Eastern Region Green Party’s lead candidate for the 2009
European Elections give some practical insight into current policy views. His specialities
include transport and dangerous-climate-change-prevention.

The current message on carbon emissions; telling business large and small to clean its act
up has lost focus on the real issues and solutions. This Masterclass is specifically
prepared to move on from this.

Did you know for example that with the right action CO2 can actually be seen as a
resource and not a threat? This immediately affects our attitude to the future – already
don’t you feel better about the impact of your lifestyle on the environment and that the end
isn’t actually nigh?

Taking the right steps now a plan for economic, environmental and resource recovery can
be made; kick-started and led by Hertfordshire businesses – attracting investment into our
area, creating new, sustainable industry, thus creating employment and an increased
market for you to sell your selves in! You need to attend to be part of this.

Getting involved now starts the process of leaving a positive legacy for our children
