Planning Council, the NJ Department of Environmental Protection and the NJ State
Legislature that the Town Center designations currently approved by the State Planning
Commission and the Sewer Service Areas currently approved by the NJ Department of
Environmental Protection will remain in place and not be altered in any fashion by the
recommendations of the Highlands Master Plan without the consent of the governing
bodies of the affected Municipalities.
