This is a sample template from Inspiration. It contains directions for the students and teacher.
To create your own template, it's just a matter of saving your file in a new manner. 1. Create your file as usual. Save it. 2. Add any directions or information you think users might need. (They may always delete the directions box when they complete the work.) 3. Go to File . 4. Go to Save As Template. A new window will appear. 5. Give your template a name that will make sense to you and the users--make it descriptive. 6. Click Save. 7. Go to File. 8. Go to Template. You should see your sample listed with the others. NOTE: How useful this template is may depend on your network setup. If you are using Inspiration in a lab and each machine is running Inspiration separately, you may wish to place the file in a spot where students can access it instead of putting a template on each machine. If your network is pulling Inspiration from one central location and not the hard drive of each machine, a template is really useful since you only have to create it and save it once.
