Major Field Testing (1) 2002-03 Test Results For the two programs reported above in 2002-03, the baseline was established by scoring the results of major field tests conducted during the preceding year, 2001-02. Baseline scores from an earlier (and shortened) abbreviated Performance Funding cycle was not available because the programs would have been reported during the years droppped from the cycle.
