Business Card & Brochure Template Instructions:
1) WHEN YOU PRINT THE BUSINESS CARDS, DO NOT CUT THE BUSINESS CARDS APART UNTIL AFTER YOU HAVE PRINTED YOUR INDIVIDUAL INFORMATION ON THE ENTIRE STACK OF BUSINESS CARDS. For a professional look, use a regular paper cutter. If you do not have one, you can use one at your local office supply store. 2) Make sure you only print in the designated areas on each template. Do not change the size of the font. This will ensure your inserted text will fit the space allotted. Also make sure your inserts stay as close to the center of each of the text boxes as possible. The text boxes are already programmed to place your text in the center. 3) After you change the first line, use the down key then the left or right keys to reposition the curser so you can change the second line. 4) In the case of the business card template, after you complete the first box, you can copy and past your information into the second and third boxes. After you copy the first box, highlight the text in the second and third box and paste your text over the text provided. 5) When you get ready to close out the template it will ask you if you want to save the changes. Click YES and save the template with your changes into a folder in your computer where it will be easy to retrieve. This way you will not have to continue to make the changes in the future when you want to print more business cards or brochures. 6) Once you have printed the front of the business cards or brochures, and then re-print the front using only your personal information. Once you have printed the front side you can turn them over and print the backside. NOTE: We suggest you use a high quality brochure paper that is coated on both sides. A good paper would be a “brochure & flyer paper” that is (180 g/m –8 mills) in a gloss white and called double-sided. That will make your business cards and brochures look professional and expensive even though they are not. We are trying to make it possible for anyone to be able to use only quality looking printed material to attract customers and IBOs. As a reminder, you can create your own business cards and brochures, however you must send them to the company to allow us to have them reviewed and approved. That could take several working days, depending on the schedule of our legal team to review your material.
