INSTRUCTIONS 1. Use your Tab key and fill-in (or overtype as necessary) the fields below, then print the second page only. 2. Default printing is to plain paper, then you can photocopy this to standard 2x3.5” business cardstock, such as Avery’s products (eg., #08371 or #05371) or MACO, which have 10 2x3.5” cards on one 8.5 x 11” sheet. 3. Save the paper printout if you wish to make more later. Or, you can FILE, SAVE AS to your PC or LAN. This will save the changes you made and become your personal, or office, custom template.

FOR MORE ADVANCED USERS 4. This template was built for Microsoft Office 2003. 5. If you support business cards for your office, first enter/overtype the fields with your office defaults, then SAVE AS a word template (.DOT) to your PC or LAN template areas (or simply as a normal .DOC if you prefer). This way it is customized for your office defaults the next time you use it. 6. If you are so inclined and capable, you can print directly to the business cardstock noted above. First unprotect this form (TOOLS, UNPROTECT), then FILE, PAGE SETUP and change the paper setting to manual feed. Print the 2nd page then go put cardstock in the printer’s manual feed. Caution – do not re-protect the form (TOOLS, PROTECT DOCUMENT) as any fields you have entered will be erased and you will have to reenter them. You can, of course, do this change first, re-protect, then start filling in the fields. 7. Note, it is easy to print business cards and labels from Office 2003. Just create a new document, select TOOLS, LETTERS AND MAILINGS, ENVELOPES AND LABELS, fill in some name and address info, select OPTIONS to select a business card format, then press NEW DOCUMENT to see it. The MoFR Business Card Template provides an easy means for staff to create a small number of business cards. It is not a replacement for the business cards printed by Queen's Printer, which have higher print quality, can be more economical in larger quantities, and are printed on better-quality cardstock.
