WAPP MOTION SUMMARY
3/5/99 Cancellations must be made 7 days in advance of meeting date to receive a refund.
Non Mini-Expo quarterly meeting registration fees:
12/01 Members – Both days - $40.00 Single Day - $25.00
9/20/02 Retirees – $10.00 Per Day “First Timer” - Free
12/99 Mini-Expo meeting registration fees:
Members – Both days - $40.00 Retirees-$10.00 Per Day.
Thursday Only-$25.00 Friday Only-$15.00
Business Meetings shall be held prior to lunch of the last meeting day.
12/01 Mini-Expo shall be held in September effective in 2002.
3/5/99 Membership renewal notifications shall be mailed separate of the newsletter in December.
3/5/99 The names of retired WAPP members shall be left in the Membership Directory indefinitely and the names of
members who did not renew their membership shall be left in the Directory for one year after nonrenewal.
9/15/00 WAPP annual membership is $25. Dues paid by new members after July 1st will be credited to the following
9/15/00 WAPP membership is open to any public official (elected or appointed) who participates in the purchasing
process for his/her agency or jurisdiction. This includes state, county, city, village, township, school district
officials and retirees of those jurisdictions.
12/04 If requested, WAPP will reimburse members $100 for both NIGP application and testing fees payable upon
successful completion. Maximum of $100 per member.
12/04 WAPP will reimburse members with at least 2 years membership in WAPP, $100 for NIGP testing &
12/5/01 WAPP will contribute $50 a day for members attending NIGP training courses.
12/04 WAPP shall reimburse up to $1500 each for two WAPP officers to attend the NIGP Forum.
12/03 WAPP will pay for up to 3 officer’s NIGP memberships if their respective agencies do not.
3/7/97 WAPP will donate $500 to the NIGP Donor Tree
9/01 WAPP will donate $500 to Red Cross 911 Fund.
3/7/03 WAPP will donate $1000 to NIGP LEAP Program
6/20/03 WAPP will donate $500 to host chapter of 2003 NIGP Forum in Nashville TN.
9/13/99 WAPP shall have representation annually at at least one professional organization-WI Counties Ass., League
of Cities, School Districts-with the Vice President to arrange participation.
12/6/02 The Executive Committee shall be responsible for sending flowers and contributing to memorials for past or
present members. Flowers - up to $30. Memorial - up to $100
12/5/01 The Executive Board shall be responsible for WAPP investment decisions.
