We offer an opportunity to join our team as Junior Consultant working in Bucharest / Romania on a challenging project. Our customer is an international Austrian company active in Romania for more than 10 years. The scope of the project is to review and reorganize the actual organization of its retail outlets. Applying a lean sales approach, all aspects of the business will be reviewed and challenged. The job holder will be placed onsite at our client’s office in Bucharest and will work in close cooperation with one of our managing partners.
Main Tasks: data analysis process analysis process design conducting interviews Requirements: good analytical skills very good communication skills team orientation fluent in Romanian and English controlling basics very good practical knowledge of ms-office (esp.
