The NEAT ORU would like to take this time to let you know that the campus ORMP office has approved the following recharge rate:
NEAT ORU Technical Services - $45/hour The NEAT ORU will have an experienced Associate Development Engineer available to the campus community for technical services. This includes troubleshooting and repair of laboratory instruments for members of the campus community. Also, provides services to check instruments to insure calibration is within factory specifications and make adjustments as necessary. Lastly, provides network troubleshooting and support in relation to laboratory equipment.
This rate is effective August 1, 2007 so we hope that you will find this service useful and remember it the next time you need technical assistance.
