Dear Dr. Al-Taie,

This is to confirm that the Research proposal (NPRP ID XXXXXXX) has been checked
by our Research Office for compliance with the following:

      At least 50% of the proposed research hours will be conducted in Qatar
      Time and resources are available to the research team to carry out the project
      The proposal complies with QNRF policies as stated in the RFP
      The proposal complies with the institution's internal policies
      As applicable, the proposal will be approved by the IRB for compliance with national
       ethics and guidelines, if funded
      The project budget (including compensation of the research team) is in
       accordance with all of the institution's internal financial and research budget
       policies
      At least 65% of the funding will be under the administration of an Institution in
       Qatar
      At least one PI must reside in Qatar.
      The project charges for the compensation of a researcher are no more than the
       percentage of his or her time spent on the project
      All travel expenses are within the Institution's policies.
      Acknowledge the contact PI as identified by the lead PI.
