The £1.5 million managed workspace has already achieved the targeted number of tenant businesses for this year. The project, funded by Richmondshire District Council, Yorkshire Forward, European Union has successfully attracted five high growth businesses. Manufacturing Excellence Ltd, a Management and Training Consultancy and Aloud Communications Ltd, who specialise in Public Relations and Marketing, are the newest businesses to relocate to the centre from outside of the district. “We specialise in delivering lean manufacturing improvement projects and have successfully tendered for new contracts during this year, extending our operational area to encompass the North East. This expansion has created the need for larger office facilities and the recruitment of administration posts.
