Preserving and protecting our natural resources is an obligation shared by everyone.
Clean water and productive soil are basic to our quality of life. What we do to protect
them now will impact the quality of life in the future.

The Mission of the East otter Tail SWCD is to “Conserve and protect our soil and
water resources that were placed in out trust.”

The East Otter Tail SWCD serves as a link between local government, state and federal
