Uzaktan Egitim/the Journal Distance Education (ISSN 1301-336X) is published by Uzaktan Eğitim Vakfı/Foundation of Distance Education (UZEV). Uzaktan Egitim/The Journal Distance Education is one of the serious journal in Turkey related to the various aspects of distance education applications, practice, field and literature. Uzaktan Egitim/The Journal Distance Education was started to publish at 1997 Summer, and appears two times in a year. Up to now, 1997 Summer, 1998 Winter, 1998 Summer, 1999 Winter and 1999 Summer issues are published around 2000 copies and in 100-150 pages for each issues. This issues can be provided from the correspondance addresses. The language is mainly in Turkish, but the articles in English are also accepted. Authors should submit two legible copies of manuscripts either Turkish or English along with abstract and the author's academic title and institutional affiliation should be included within 150 words separately. Footnotes must be appended at the end of the article. Any illustration should accompany the manuscripts. Articles should be sending two months before the following publication of the issue. Individuals and all establishments may quote the articles in the journal. Articles published do not necessarily represent the opinion of, and are not under the legal responsibility of The Journal of Distance Education. The manuscripts are not be returned after the compleletion of editorial review process. No payment for published articles.
