When we talk about losing weight quickly we generally mean in under a month, but some people aim
for much faster such as a week or even a day. Although losing true weight in one day is impossible,

Here are some tips if you are desperate to lose weight quickly. Remember, you will need to follow this

Eat Regularly - Don't eat 3 large meals per day; this will have you craving snacks and also puts a
heavy load on your organs as they try to process a lot of food. Breakfast should be your largest meal
and dinner your smallest. In between eat healthy snacks like muesli, wholemeal salad sandwiches,
rice, nuts and fruit.

Exercise - If you want to lose weight fast then you are going to have to sweat it out. Some ideas
include running for 30 minutes twice per day, doing weight training every 2nd day and changing your
lifestyle to include more walking. These might sound like long term goals but you can actually reap the
benefits of strenuous exercise after just a few days. You will start feeling more energetic and perhaps
more hungry, but that is normal. Supplement your hunger with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as
protein rich foods like fish which is also highly filling.

Water - Drinking water provides so many benefits, particularly for people who wish to lose weight fast.
Water has no calories, is essential for clearing toxins from your body and can even stop you feeling
hungry. When you crave food, have a glass of water instead and you might find that craving disappear.

can handle it.

3. Talk to your doctor about a healthy diet supplements that you can take safely along with exercise
and a proper diet. They can let you know which ones would be safe to use and which ones to avoid.

anyone convince you you can't do it, because they are wrong.
