There are direct flights to the City of Derry airport from Dublin, Glasgow,
  Manchester and Stanstead (see http://www.cityofderryairport.com/)
There are also flights from most other UK cities to Belfast City Airport
(see http://www.belfastcityairport.com/ for routes and schedules) or Belfast
International Airport (see http://www.bial.co.uk/). Both these airports are
served by an airport coach service to Derry – see local transport details).
Fares from most UK airports are very competitive (as low as £25-30 return
inc. tax) if booked online and in good time.

Alternatively you can travel by public bus service using the translink
Maiden City Flyer Service 212 from the Europa Bus Station in Belfast

Translink Europa Bus Centre where you will be able to transfer on to the
Maiden City Flyer bus service 212 to Derry. Departure times for Derry are
every hour on the half hour (9.30am, 10.30am etc up to 10.30pm). The cost
