Letter to the Editor Dear Andrew: We continue to have problems connecting our Polycom VSX system rev 7.5.1.1.2 to a TANDBERG MXP running rev E.4.3.2.1 when we connect with a RADVISION MCU running software revision 8.3.4.5 on a cloudy day. Everything worked fine on IP, but when we switched to frame relay, it all fell apart. Each of the vendors blames the other guys. What should we do?
